Outer Haven Collectibles Ltd is a Registered Limited Company, authorised to sell import anime, comic and tv/film collectibles. The website and blog will be constantly updated with the latest products, coming-soon items and order-to-sell pre-orders. We strive to provide customers with the latest products first, at a competitive price and promising to sell and only sell 100% licensed official products. We will also provide every single customer the best service possible.

All prices are final which also include shipping costs within the UK. Items will be packaged securely and sent within 1-3 working days after receiving payment, with tracking to ensure that proof of delivery can be provided.

Outer Haven Collectibles cannot be held responsible for any injuries or similar caused by any products purchased from our company. All items sold on this website (as well as on our eBay account and amazon marketplace) are collector items, manufactured to the highest quality. Please be advised that the products purchased may contain small and/or sharp parts which are unsuitable for small children.

Shipping

Shipping costs to the UK and Worldwide can be seen in our "In Stock List" next to each product. Postage and Packaging costs are based on the size and weight of the product and cost of packaging material. No charge is made for handling.

If you have ordered 2 or more items, we will calculate combined postage and packaging costs to your country. This cost will not be more than the cost of sending each item seperately combined.

All UK shipping costs quoted refer to our default shipping method of 2nd Class Recorded unless stated. If you prefer an alternate method of shipping, please include the details in your order email. We promise to ship items within 1-3 working days after receiving payment.

All Worldwide shipping costs quoted refer to our default shipping method of Royal Mail Airsure unless stated. If your country does not support Airsure, then your item will be shipped to you via Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For. Once shipped, your item should take 5-10 working days to arrive but please allow 28 days (due to customs and other possible border issues) before contacting us.

Items will only be shipped once payment has been received. Please do not ask for credit or payment upon delivery.

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us before returning any item. Goods must be returned in the unopened condition in which it was dispatched. Once received and in the agreed condition, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item. If the agreed condition is not met, you may be subject to only a partial refund. Outer Haven Collectibles are not responsible for the return postage and packaging.

Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item by email.

We regret that we cannot refund, replace or accept returns due to shipping damage to outer packaging, such as dents, bends, creases, minor crushing etc. We at Outer Haven Collectibles ship all our products carefully, we only sell products in brand-new boxes, unless specified. We will, however, replace items if the actual item inside is damaged or have accessories missing, but this only applies to mint, unopened boxes.

Again, please do not return goods before contacting us via email. We may be unable to refund or replace you item if this occurs.

Privacy Policy

Outer Haven Collectibles does not and will not disclose buyers information to third parties. Mailing lists are for our use only and any information gathered through it is for use by Outer Haven Collectibles only and will not be passed on to any third party in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payments via mail order for the UK: Paypal, cheques and direct bank transfers. For international customers, only Paypal will be accepted. When ordering via mail order, please state your desired method of payment.

Please be aware all payments must be made in GBP £'s Sterling only. We cannot accept any other form of currency.
