1) Open the IN STOCK LIST page and find the item(s) that you would like to pruchase from us.

2) Send an email to sales@outerhavenltd.co.uk with the Item Code, Description and Quantity of each item you wish to purchase from us. Also include your preferred payment method (Paypal, Personal Cheque or Direct Bank Transfer for UK residents, Paypal only for International customers).

3) We will then calculate the total price for the products including cost of item as well as Postage and Packaging to your country. For multiple item purchases, discounted combined Postage and Packaging applies. Once calculated, we will send you an invoice and further instructions on how to make payment for your items.

4) Once payment has been received and successfully cleared, your item will be dispatched within the next 1-3 working days. We will keep the communication with you until you have received your item(s)
